Cleve Low
Chief Executive Officer
Cleve graduated with a Bachelor of International Film Production from the prestigious Beijing Film Academy (BFA). During his time with BFA, Cleve gained recognition as one of the few selected contestant in the 9th Asia University Film Festival held in Inner Mongolia. During his National Service days, Cleve had assumed the role of Team Leader of the Commandos Unit, honing his leadership skills. Currently, Cleve serves as the team's Chief Executive Officer and Film Director where he actively leads his film crew in innovative production initiatives, showcasing their talent and passion for visual storytelling.


Chloe Low
Music Director
Upon graduating with First-Class Honours from Berklee College of Music in 2018, Chloe moved to Beijing, China. She released her debut EP titled《K E Q I 》consisting of 5 original tracks. The published project opened up opportunities for her to work with China’s top music producers including 崔迪 and 万家铭. Currently, Chloe serves as the team's Music Director where she leads her music production team to create everlasting memories in the form of artistic audio presentation.
Gary Tan
Talent & Celebrity Director
Gary discovered his passion for music through his church choir, where he built a strong vocal foundation and love for singing performance. Though he pursued a corporate career, his time in Thailand opened new creative doors, including collaborations with Korean artistes that broadened his artistic and cultural perspective. As an aspiring singer-songwriter and composer, Gary continues to create original works that showcase his musical talent. He is a regular performing guest at charity events and has been recognized in various singing competitions for his expressive style. Gary joined 52 Music & Film as Director of Talent & Celebrity Relations, where he continues to pursue his singing passion and lead creative collaborations.


Jan Lye
Sales & Marketing Director
Jan brings over three decades of experience in leadership, organization development and talent-strategy to her role as Sales & Marketing Director at 52 Music & Film. Formerly the HR Director at Keppel Ltd, she had vast experience leading major organisational transformations, expansion, M&A and divestment initiatives. Jan now applies her expertise to building strong creative partnerships, managing music and film talent collaborations, and driving 52 Music & Film’s regional growth. Jan oversees sales outreach, strategic collaborations, and brand development across Singapore, Indonesia, China, and rest of Asia.
Goh Wei Woon
Operations Director
Wei Woon is a Senior Human Capital Management professional with over 17 years of experience in total rewards, talent strategy, and organizational systems. As Operations Director of 52 Music & Film, he is tasked with strengthening the Company’s regional structure, optimizing workflows, and aligning talent pipelines in order to scale its music, film, and cross-border creative initiatives. His earlier career at Seadrill Management and the Keppel Ltd saw him leading compensation integration during M&As and enhancing HR operations within Keppel subsidiaries. With his past experiences, Wei Woon brings a disciplined, analytical approach to building sustainable business performance and operational excellence.

Alan Wang
Associate Film Director
Alan graduated from Beijing Film Academy (BFA) in 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography (Film and Television Cinematography and Production). During his time at BFA, he participated in the production of numerous short films, feature films such as Rescue Team, as well as commercials, music videos, and documentaries. Proficient in operating advanced filming equipment and experienced in multilingual environments, Alan has received multiple accolades, including but not limited to the 16th Pioneer Award, Short Film Nomination at Chaobai International Short Film Week and Best Director Award, Hainan Sina Youth Author Film Festival Nomination.

Bobby Zhang
Associate Film Director
Bobby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography from the Beijing Film Academy (BFA) and is currently pursuing his Master’s in the same field. During his time in BFA, Bobby has already directed a range of short films, promotional projects, and documentaries. His short film “Lollipop” earned multiple international awards, including the Latitude Film Awards, London Film & Television Festival, Los Angeles Film Awards, and the British Film Festival. Bobby’s academic paper “Beyond Visual Spectacle: Interpreting the Sublime Experience and Power Symbolism in the Dune Series” was also nominated for presentation at major overseas academic forums in the UK and Japan.
